The staff surprised my daughter with birthday decorations, and she was thrilled. i found all the staff to be very friendly and genuinely kind. I really appreciated their youthful energy. the hotel facilities were super clean, and it was so convenient to be close to the beach! i thought the breakfast was tasty.
the music by the pool could be a little loud sometimes, it made it a little hard to relax fully.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes! i noticed the outdoor pool area had about twenty loungers, some were shaded. i really enjoyed the convenient access to the nearby beach.

the front desk staff offered a warm welcome and were quick to assist with any questions. the housekeeping service ensured rooms were cleaned daily with fresh linens and towels. i liked the prompt response to requests.

The hotel is positioned within a short walk to the beach, that was very convenient. there are several restaurants and shops nearby. Made exploring the area easy. a convenience store is also located just around the corner, really useful.

My premier lux king room featured a king-size bed and a separate seating area. That was great. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, i enjoyed it. air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the stay.

I Booked a Junior Suite for four nights. the room was hot when i arrived, taking hours to cool down. The shower never worked correctly. It was either scalding or freezing. i also requested room cleaning multiple times but it never happened. It was just too much money for what i got. the daytime pool music was too LOUD.

The staff was super friendly. They spoke English very well.
I stayed for several nights. The shower never worked properly!!! It alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold. I tried to contact the manager by phone, but it did not work. I reported the shower issue to the reception, and they acknowledged it, but nothing happened.
